NaNoWriMo Day 3: I Hate Beginnings

It's only day 3 of NaNoWriMo, but I think I can safely say the first 10 are going to be the hardest to get through.
Because I hate trying to write a beginning.
I already feel like I'm behind on my word count (even though I'm really not if the word counts in the NaNo forums are anything to judge by). I feel like I'm moving so slow in getting the words on the page. And it's not because I'm completely winging it; I have things like world building, main characters, and the skeleton of the plot already planned out. I know where I have to go and who I'm sending there.
It's just that the introduction is so slow.
Introductions aren't bad by no means. They're highly important. In fiction, this is how I as an author introduce readers to my characters and my world. But as a writer, it is hard to push through the boredom that is every day life for my protagonist and to introduce a world I've had to create in a way that makes sense and is engaging.
I know I have to push through the introduction to be able to get to my main conflict and journey and the meat of the plot. I know I have to finish Chapter 1 to get to Chapters 2 and 3 and beyond. There can't be an inciting incident without introducing the character who will be incited.
But good grief, could it not make me want to bang my head on a wall or feel like there are words stuck that just won't move no matter how hard I try?
Ugh.
If you hear screaming, it's probably me screaming into the void out of frustration.
